Today is Black Friday! My pa told me we would not go shopping today because of the crowds. Later we will go to the library for new books. At lunchtime my dad came home from work for lunch. He told me that he is staying home for the rest of the day. Both of my dads are taking a nap.
It was wise of your Pa to not let you go shopping yesterday. Depending on which store you went to, you could be fighting mobs of people trying to get through the stores.
My sister, Christine - her mom in law went to Walmart around 5 o'clock in the morning yesterday. She told Christine that there were 100 people in front of her to pay and it would probably take an hour and a half to pay for her stuff. Such insanity!
I can just seeing your Pa and Dad cringing now at the thought.
I hope you went to the library instead and picked our some books that you liked :-)
